Царская Площадь
Название комплекса связано с королевским павильоном и площадью с фонтанами напротив него. Павильон был построен в 1882 году для промышленной и художественной выставки по всей России, где были представлены великие достижения империи.
Комплекс расположен в 5 минутах ходьбы от станции метро "Динамо" и состоит из четырех зданий. Названия зданий связаны с династией Романовых: Екатерининский, Романовский, Петровский и Александровский.
В концепции оформления зала авторы придерживались принципов неоклассического стиля. Тем не менее, подход к каждому корпусу был разный - так интерьер корпусов "Романовский" и "Петровский" получился более современным, с преобладанием теплых оттенков, а в "Екатерининском" и "Александровском" авторы использовали классические дизайнерские решения.
Оригинальная концепция проекта разработана архитектурной фирмой SPEECH. Комплекс представляет собой композицию из четырех блочных блоков с внутренними дворами с прогулочными зонами и детскими площадками.
